Our Mission:
The Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA) has been training its members to work in the highly competitive construction market for almost fifty years. The New England Region led the way in training with its two state-of-the-art New England Laborers’ Training Academies (NELTA) located in Hopkinton, Massachusetts and Pomfret, Connecticut. Our academies are fully-equipped and offer LIUNA members a variety of courses in the areas of general construction, hazardous waste remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, and cutting and burning, just to name a few. NELTA is proud to offer you the very best training available anywhere.
